Our world is changing rapidly, and the younger generation's experiences differ greatly from those of previous ones, despite similar feelings of uncertainty and worry. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on our behaviour and mental health, with increased attention on anxiety and neurodivergent conditions. One of my goals is to reassure people that it's normal to feel overwhelmed, stressed, and burnt out in this fast-paced era, as it's our natural response to the environment.

My Story
Growing up in Kenya and moving around various places has given me a multicultural insight that is reflected in my practice. My unique academic and experiential background has shaped my outlook and approach. In my free time I love to swim, hike, free dive, and read
Currently, I provide one-to-one therapeutic support for adolescents and adults, specializing in trauma and a range of behavioural issues. As the communications chair of EMDR Kenya Association, I strive to bridge the gap of stigma surrounding therapy services in Kenya.
